Worst hotel in the entire United States. I've never been to New York nor have I ever booked a room at the hotel but yet they keep taking hundreds of dollars out of my account! When i call to inquire about the charges they put me on hold for long periods of time and then hang up on me.

Im currently staying in the hotel right this second. 1stly, i would like to thank the guy at the front desk for being really rude. And for then shoving us in room 753. Aww room 753...it's so small, dingy, smelly, unclean, just vile. it was a bed, and a desk. u couldn't even walk around the bed. no plug sockets. not 1! I'd asked for a high room and with a view which I dont think is unreasonable considering I booked this trip 1 year ago. they never reply to emails. my visa card was hacked once I provided the data to the hotel. I hope they don't block me from their page, and investigate the leak of my data and respond to my emails instead

I liked the hotel very much...they went that extra mile for my anniversary Big thumbs up � But the massive downside is that the deposit we paid We was informed we would recieve it back within 7 days Nearly 14 days have passed and a couple of emails later Still no monies refunded � and still no reply � I will gladly change ny review as soon as my monies are refunded a not so happy customer
Stayed here for 10 nights. Couldn’t get the room I had paid for on the first night but the hotel Manager was extremely lovely and organised the room I had paid for the very next day and offered free breakfast vouchers as a gesture of goodwill. Staff were pleasant enough but nothing to really rave about. The room was clean and met my expectations but the bathroom was beyond tiny making it a little difficult. Well the lobby is beautiful but, having just checked in, the wallpaper in the room is peeling, there is a mark on the wall where someone has clearly intended to hang something then not bothered and it lacks furniture to the point of sparse! The WiFi is also difficult to access if you have more than one device. Basic. What a shame.
voilà fin du sejour a new york hier! 4 nuit a l hotel edison! donc au 9 eme etage chambre , non rénove, mais correct, propreté , de l espace, et le tout en bon etat , meme si un petit relloking plus moderne serait sympa! idéalement situé , vous etes au coeur de times square,et c est l atout de l hôtel! évidemment comme toutes grandes villes, c est tres tres bruyant, voiture et klaxon... le gros point negatif, le personnel, au prix de la chambre et du standing de l hotel, pas un sourire, et conciergerie infecte avec le client... read more
