This place is DISGUSTING!!!! I found several bed bugs in my bed from babies to full grown. Me and my family have bed bug bites all over our body. They were able to refund me my room fee but were not able to find me place to stay at 2 am when I had to board my flight 7am. They said it was a luxury king suite when in reality it was a full size bed. DO NOT book here! 10/21/2017

Location was great. I did have some issues with my room and have been corresponding with Danie O since June but haven't had a response back from him since July with a reminder monthly and I'm very frustrated with that hence the 3 star rating.

I was there for two nite pay much to much I was promise restaurant and coffee they serve nothing also they never made my bed or give me clean towels for two days My price was double 550.00 dollars and room 551 in a corner with a A C was' not working ( sooooloud) I was very disappointed , and I don't recommend at all My friend had a 2 beds no 550 and they pay half of my price No coffee no water shower was not working and no change of towel The manager did nothing !!! Embarrassing !!!!!i don't recommend at all .

Good location. Close to Times Square. Room was "Newly renovated " looked to be a very rushed job, bad fit and finish. At some point though the night the Mini Split heat pump started leaking water down the wall onto the floor/suitcase. The staff was very nice and acomadating.

It's old. You have to expect that. But the staff is very nice and you can't beat the location..

Worst hotel room ever. Was like a set from a Kojak episode looking out the window to a brick wall, room small and dark, very claustrophobic. Travel agent promised us a great room as we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary.

I've stayed here a few times and every time there is something wrong. Elevators out of operation, a room (not mine) smoke detector going off on the floor for no reason, extremely long check-in process. Tonight after traveling all day the room was not available (still being cleaned) at 7:30 PM. I was told it would take an hour. After finally getting to the room, I found the AC did not work, so tried to call the front desk, but *surprise* the phone did not work. So I walked to the desk and was told someone would be by.
