The receptionists don't know how to talk to the guests. Manager was fine but everyone else needed education as well as communication skills. Hope they'll improve at one point. Good luck

Worst customer service! Showed up expecting a double bed. They only had a King, for 3 of us! Promised a double bed the next day, dident have a room for 4 hours out of my stay because we had to switch rooms, due to their mess up. Worst mattress, noisey air/heat. Won't be coming back.

After saving for such a long time to take my daughter and mum for special birthdays , I was let down after numerous promises from the hotel to at least acknowledge the birthday celebrations, I found the staff abrupt apart from security near the lifts, the doorman would look away everytime you left obviously hoping you wouldn't ask him anything, the reception staff abrupt and numerous times conversations amongst themselves while you waited patiently, an inbox message to the hotel to explain my upset of non acknowledgement to ... read more

We arrived on the 28th of December ready for new year as well as celebrating mine and my friends 50th. We were put on the 11th floor, as we came out of the lift the hall way was stunning very art deco that's where it ended, our room was shocking old wall paper peeling, paint work all chipped the toilet got blocked. La seule qualité de l'hôtel c'est sa position centrale. Très déçue par la chambre. Hors d'âge la salle de bain dans un étât épouvantable et dangereuse "fil électrique à nu!" Baignoire jaune par manque d'email massif , lavabo cassé mal réparé, étagère unique et complètement rouillée ! Froid dans la chambre et chauffage horriblement bruyant ! Penderie minuscule et vétuste. Lits corrects . Nous déconseillons d'aller dans cet Hotel avant rénovation totale des chambres !!!
