Siamo arrivati e non ho avuto nessuna assistenza,la ragazza asiatica mi ha dato una stanza doppia con letti separati per la luna di miele,non sono riuscito a convincerli malgrado la prenotazione dell'agenzia di viaggio,le stanze vecchie,sporche e piene di polvere con affaccio nel pozzo luce con rumore insopportabile della centrale dei motori dell'area condizionata.L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale...

Our wallet was stolen from our hotel room , as their housekeeping cleaned our room while we were out sightseeing . The wallet was kept inside our bag pack and when we returned to the room the bag pack was open , and our things were reorganized. After finding out our wallet was stolen , we complained and filled out their claims forms but they didn’t take any action . We not only lost our wallet but lost 400 dollars that were in it . Horrible horrible experience. I would never recommend this to anyone I know .

Hotel reception very rude and unhelpful, get a charge for using water $25 per day! not a great first impression!

Avons passé une semaine fantastique à New-York du 07 au 14 avril... nous avions réservé une chambre dans cet hotel que des amis nous avaient conseillé, tout près de Time Square. Tout s'est bien passé sauf que pendant notre sejour, nous avons été débité sans notre accord de plusieurs sommes sans avoir d explications, il y a bien les charges et taxes de sejour mais ces montants n'ont aucun rapport avec ceux-ci.... on nous a décompté 576.20$ de surplus. Our stay at the Edison was great. However, after we checked out our bank account was hit with unknown charges. Very large amount of money too. 700$. Customer service is the worse I’ve ever saw. Been trying to talk to someone there for 3 days. If you don’t have a large amount of money in your account I don’t suggest you go here.

Seems this has happened before reading reviews on here. Hotel payment taken yet still the hotel are holding the fee in my bank. I checked out on Wednesday morning, shouldn’t this be resolved by now? Have emailed today with zero response, spoken to a lady today awaiting a different department to call me back. The hotel itself is in a decent location, just be aware this happens after you’ve checked out

Sometimes it may take up to 30 days for the funds to be released, and it may take even longer with a debit card. I highly suggest contacting your bank and requesting them to expedite things. My account has been debited after my stay (although everything was already paid...well...thats what they told me when I arrived!!), without noticing me, without any permision. Reception staff is really rude, and just don't care about customers (I stayed 6 days !) such a shame for an Hotel like this!! However, the cleaning staff is perfect, and really nice people. The hotel itself is good, but the reception staff is clearly bringing it down.

We were very excited about our once in a lifetime trip to New York. We provisionally booked a reservation with the understanding that no money would be taken until we arrived. Within 24hrs of the reservation, close to £300 was taken from my account without my authorisation. I tried to contact the hotel and have sent a number of emails as directed by no-one has even acknowledged my emails. I am still waiting for my money to be returned but I don't hold out much hope given they're ignoring me. I am really saddened by this ex... read more
