bad service! Old rooms with a smell of mildew, in the rooms an air conditioner that does not work properly and very noisy! We were very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Apart from the location, the hotel has no other advantage. Too bad one last time we stayed at this hotel

At all!!!! Not friendly!!!! Even the employees they are not happy and feel sorry for the customers. You can’t call the reception from the room, they do not answer, the room are not ready when it’s supposed to be the check in, they don’t put you towels in the room, you pay the room and breakfast but they give you the breakfast only for 2 people, doesn’t matter if you have booked for more. Etc etc

Realmente mal, no esperaba que en este lindo hotel mi experiencia fuera así. 1er día: registro a las 3 pm (llegué a las 6 pm y me informaron que la habitación no estaba lista). Después de perder 2 horas (en lugar de disfrutar de NY) pude ir a la habitación. La caja de seguridad, no tenía pilas, por lo que no pudimos guardar nuestros pasaportes y tarjetas de crédito. Checked into the hotel, they took almost 500 dollars out of my bank account which they said I would get back at check out which didn't happen, no assistance from any staff.

A fuir!!! Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel Edison, Laura le manager ne sert à rien à part prendre la clientèle de haut. De plus qu’elle surprise, l’hôtel nous a prélevé deux fois le montant de la chambre mais ne souhaite faire aucun remboursement. Pour terminer les chambres sont d’un autre temps et auraient besoin de travaux. L’insonorisation et l’isolation sont lamentables. Je le répète, À FUIR!!!!

rooms are very poor standard. duct taped bare lagging, holes in walls and ceilings bath plug hole was falling out of bath so water seeping out down and around it. bathroom tiles broken terribly painted and very old and dirty, must be damp as it's full of silver fish. bed was made daily but room not cleaned once in 4 days. staffing general nice but some just downright rude. no answers to 5 emails or 3 fb messages. most staff are exhausted by working 24 hours plus. took resort fee without permission or signature- guard you... read more

In great need of updating very tired rooms, staff pleasant but work very longs hours and clearly tired.

They took more money from my bank account without permission or reason and won’t reply to any of my emails answer the phone or Facebook messages wouldn’t recommend
