BAIT AND SWITCH! Booked through Expedia, got to hotel... the room they put us in was TERRIBLE. Room and floor were sketchy. How did they resolve? by allowing us to 'upgrade' for an extra $120/night for the 3 nights we stayed! Complimentary breakfast was also not worth the money paid for the hotel room. The new room was like a different world compared to the first room they put us in. Almost like it was planned that way :-(
Mold, filth, holes in walls, broken faucet & outlet, noisy neighbors all the time...what else can I say? Stay literally anywhere else.
We went to the hotel Edison in October last year. We are still owed our deposit and a partial refund due to the room being rubbish. I have emailed numerous times, telephoned to no evail getting really frustrated. Maybe someone might acknowledge this comment.
This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room small very dated. Heater sounded like it was going to explode all night. Reported it but nothing done. Grab and go breakfast a laugh! One awful roll included. Will provide pictures. Stayed in better travel lodges . Thank goodness it was just a place to rest we’ll try to rest with the noise !
DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff are very rude and aggressive towards their guests. On the morning of the 20th of December, we were awoken to loud crying and screaming from what we believe was a women and could hear slapping. We tried calling reception on two occasions to report this, however the phone wasn’t working which is a disgrace as if there was a urgent emergency how would you get in touch with them. We went downstairs to reception at 2am to report this to the security and was told to go back to our room and stay there.... read more
