RecommendedJust coming home after 5 day stay ...wow wow wow is all I can say ...fab hotel...upgraded us on arrival...had wine nd balloons in my room as it was my birthday...staff on reception are brill and so helpful . . Sam and yousseff are a treat to deal with...will def recommend to everyone ..thanks guys

RecommendedWe loved our stay. Beautiful hotel inside the lobby, the rooms were modern and clean. The location was wonderful. The front desk staff was nice. The concierge that was there in the mornings we were was exceptional! !! I loved her. She was helpful in every way. Gave us fantastic directions to take subway to 9-11 memorial. To how to walk across Brooklyn Bridge. Directions to the stadium to watch Giants. How and where to rent bikes to ride around central park. You name it she knew it.
