The room was not clean when I checked in, and nobody showed up to clean it the entirety of my stay even after I asked. Reception never answered the phone, nor did the concierge, nor did maintenance. The location is great but EVErYTHING else was a huge disappointment. Definitely do not recommend. So sad we thought they would be such a treat for the weekend but it is so loud in the hotel we got zero sleep.

paid $600 for security deposit on 2 rooms then resort fees was to be taking of at check-out and the rest to be refunded over 6 weeks no refund and not answering any emails and would probably cost more to phone them from Ireland
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Everything was so poor about it apart from location. Views were awful, room wasn’t very nice. Staff weren’t very helpful apart from the help desk to book attractions etc. Food wasn’t nice. Took us over 3 hours to check in. Not worth the money
RecommendedFirst the location was excellent. It is a minute from Time Square. And close to everything. However I hope we just got the worst room in the building. If not then i would advise all to stay away. The room was very small. But it's NYC so i can understand. But the room is in poor shape. The room for the most part was clean but very old. Dirty rooms vie was awful , they could care less
Double check your bank statements if you decide to stay here as they charge twice for facility fee say they are going to refund one but don't and then ignore any communication you attempt to make with them.
We stayed at the hotel in November last year and we still have not received our deposit refund... after many emails and attempts to make contact I have so far been ignored! I will be making a charge back on my card if I can because this is completely unacceptable and the hotel's unprofessional approach to customer care is a big reason not to come back!
I booked 3 rooms this hotel, and for 2 of the rooms they double charged my card for a total of almost $3600. So the hotel left me with a little over $1000 for a family of 6 for 4 days. The management just told me over and over again they are trying to figure it out. Meanwhile we are having to cut things on our trip because they have our funds tied up. So far they have not returned our funds or made an effort to make it right. Highly would not recommend them.
