Do not respond to emails over charges
Stay far from this hotel, they have very sloppy billing and accounting. This hotel has tried swindling me of my money. We booked this hotel in early 2022, and had to cancel. The cancel confirmation is attached to this review. On April 12, I called again to confirm our reservation was indeed cancelled, and the front desk verified. My husband and I had our privacy invaded 3 hours after we checked in. Someone just WALKED into the room. Found out, after the manager viewed the security cameras, that is was the supervisor of housekeepers making sure there was a shower cap in the bathroom. We had one and we didn’t need one. He was then horribly rude and made me feel as though it was my fault someone walked in on us. No apology from him. HORRIBLE.

More than 70 days and I still do not receive a response about the return of my security deposit ... Informality and total indifference !!!
stayed here the past 5 days and if im being honest it wasnt a great hotel.first of all my room was next to an electrical room which was very noisy all the time.heating pipes rattaling all nite.water leaking from back of sink.and blood stain on pillow which i had to show them because they didnt believe me.apart from this ot was basic and outdated.defo not what i was sold in the travel agents..WILL NOT BE BK
The hotel was nice and a perfect location. The problem occurred after check-out when they charged my credit card an extra $600.00. And no it’s not the hold they place on your credit card at check-in, that was $400.00 and it already dropped off my credit card. They don’t take calls about billing disputes, only emails. I’ve emailed them 3 times and received no response.
