Dirty room. Chairs had stains and dirt. Bathroom dirty. Valet was terrible. Waited 40 mins for car. Staff very rude

RecommendedUpdate sent Manager my confirmation information and I have heard nothing else from Holiday Inn. Reaching out to corporate ******* Beware! They had me leave a card for incidentals only. They made a mistake and ran the card for the full amount. They did not want to own up to their mistake. Tried to blame everyone else instead of fix the issue before 11am so the card wouldn't be charged. While they did finally send the refund. RecommendedLocation to Cleveland Clinic is good. Shuttle to Clinic is convenient. Patient rates are high and parking is terrible. Valet only at the hotel and it is $25/night. Our vehicle was damaged by them the very first night but they claimed they did nothing. Vehicle has backup camera and distance alert alarms yet they still backed into something. Valet person was rude and implied it was that way on arrival. He took a “report” which we know will go nowhere.
