RecommendedThis hotel is the best!!! The hotel staff and Moce cafe staff are amazing. They are so full of smiles and greeting. We have had to extend our trip a couple of times and they did everything they could to let us stay in the same rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. What a great place to stay!
RecommendedJames who worked as the bartender on 8/31/17 was absolutely amazing. We just finished at the clinic with amazingly great news, but was in need of mechanical services for our car. We waited at the bar and James was very thoughtful towards my girlfriend and I. He checked in on us often and chatted about our impromptu date night. I work retail, but watching him with his customer service skills and the way he worked with customers was inspiring. We will be back.

RecommendedThe place was beautiful that gets the 5. Parking should not cost anything. No Hot tub! No Microwave! The pool only 3'9" Deep. No continental breakfast? We were there for emergency medical with family at Cleveland Clinic who was in ICU. So location was perfect. But a few changes would make it all perfect.
RecommendedSuper nice hotel and is very accommodating! Brought the boys with me a they had a blast in very kid friendly pool!! The food and room service was superior!! Definitely will be back.
