RecommendedThe greatest hotel I have ever experienced, best management, Mr. Mosa the GM and the adorable Reception Manager with all her staff so kind, nice, helpful. The rooms well furnished, so clean and big enough for disabled people. Swimming pool, GYM, laundry, Bar, restaurant and large Lobby that you can meet all the residents I spent one month there and still � I have couple a months more and am not intending to change the hotel� Holiday Inn Cleveland �

RecommendedBeautiful new hotel and close to the clinic which is what we need. Just a few block walk to the clinic skyway. Super friendly staff, Moce cafe has really good food and we had great service. The rooms are amazing and the bed is beyond comfy. Love they have a hospital discounted rate. Valet service is not bad but pricey. Alternative parking is about 2 blocks away so this is much more convenient for us. Will continue to stay here every year we visit the clinic

RecommendedThis is our 3rd visit. We have been completely satisfied with clean rooms, great food, great service at the front desk. The lady even remembered me from our last visit. The valet has been great, the shuttle service to the clinic is top notch. We will be back!
RecommendedVery quiet, clean and comfortable. King deluxe room is very spacious. Five minute walk to clinic with shuttle running every 15 minutes. Plan to return in 2 weeks for a ten day stay.
RecommendedThe hotel rooms are pretty nice. There is no ice machine on every floor - only on 1,3,5,7,9. The room price could be a little better. I didn't like the Valet parking, plus it costs $18 per day and you have to use it if you park at the hotel.
