Beautiful Beautiful; The Young Lady that Took care of Us upon Arrival was Very Helpful friendly and Professional. Housekeeping was Great; Very nice comfortable place to Stay! Loveit!
I loved the stay, the room was beautiful. The staff was super nice. I don't understand why we had to pay to park there. After paying $145.00 a night for the room, why would we have to pay for parking. We ate the breakfast buffet, the eggs and sausage was cold, the fruit was delicious. We ate supper there one night. The hamburger was the best ever, the fries were great. Loved it.
Beautiful, clean and friendly. Close to Cleveland Clinic (my destination every 6 months), we walked, but there is shuttle service as well. We will definitely return.
Hotel was new, service was excellent.parking not excellent.
