I use a Walker and when I’m called and made res. I asked for 1st floor, when we arrived and got a room we were put on 2nd floor, which might not have been so bad but with a Walker had to walk clear down the o end of hall room 202, took me forever 🥲, have to pay to park which doesn’t seem right if you are saying 2 nites in there hotel plus parking is 2 blocks from hotel and cost $10 every time you leave. Recommended10/10 would NOT recommend. Because of the holidays they don't have the breakfast buffet that was advertised and the Cafe closes much earlier. Can't sign in to the wifi without being a rewards member ... no one was even nice. Room was just ok. Parking is the worst. You're forced to pay for valet bevause there is zero parking on site and only 3 handicap spots. I am a patient of the Cleveland Clinic and had to stay at the Holiday Inn on campus at 8650 Euclid Avenue. I spent one night from September 26-27, 2022.
