They could offer discounted valet service to handicapped patrons. It isn't our fault you only have 3 marked handicapped accessible spaces. The whole side street could be designated as handicapped accessible parking.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and the cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower and dried blood spots on the recliner after more than one "thorough cleaning." Ten hours after I brought this to the staff's attention, it STILL hadn't been cleaned up. If they won't clean what they CAN see, how can they possibly clean well enough to control the COVID-19 virus that CAN'T be seen? We found bedbugs!!! Bloody sheets!! Dirty pillows!!! Prey on the families that have sick loved ones in the hospital. You pay for your room and the have to pay to park your car to stay there. No continental breakfast you have to pay $13.50 for it. Very very rude manager!!
Checked in went to room found bedbugs !! Blood all over sheets pillow cases dirty got the hell out of there management offered nothing !! Very high priced for family’s staying there for sick patients at Cleveland Clinic. Paying for parking awful 19$ a night!! Found better hotel In independent Ohio 12 min from hospital and places to eAt cheaper!!
It took forever to check in because they spelled our name wrong and couldn’t find the reservation !Our room is extremely dirty... food on the floor. Black hair all over bathroom! Dust everywhere! YUK!! Amenities not here! No breakfast! Made to pay for Valet on top of expensive night stay! NOTHING AROUND THIS PLACE! No restaurants/bars... NOTHING!
How is it at all acceptable to have a 3:00 check in and a massive amount of people are still waiting for rooms at 6:00? This is insane. My sister and I are staying here to attend a local event, and who knows now if we’ll make it. Unacceptable
