We wasn’t informed about the $50 we had to pay when arriving. We coughed it up and was told as SOON as you check out we give it back for your travels home. Nope we got told when we checked out 3-7 business days. Not the mention there is NO PARKING. You can pay $20 a day tho. The pool was 3ft all the way through and no free breakfast and the food you could buy was over priced and bad. Wouldn’t consider another stay.
When I called to make the reservation, I was told it was connected to the hospital, it isn’t. Was told it had a parking garage, it’s paid valet, an additional charge I was not advised of. The room is ridiculously small for the price. Never even bothered to apologize for even a misunderstanding let alone the blatant lies told and information withheld. Will absolutely not stay here again or recommend it.
Employees were mot very helpful. Menu was not very friendly to the needs of all.
Whats with the shower for handicapped? Flooded the bathroom floor in #420. I could not use it again during my short stay.

RecommendedVery unorganized and rude. No one semmed to know the procedures. One nice employee that we had and the rest you can have. Would never stay there again, very disappointed
The room was really nice! But the staff was rude and we had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready when check in was at 3!
The hotel was clean, the rooms were great, and the hotel staff was excellent, ... So how does it get a 1 star right? Be sure to read other reviews as well ...
