RecommendedThis was our second stay here and have been thrilled with the room and service both times. Have always been able to get right in our room despite early arrivals. Yes housekeeping does work late and one night came to clean at 8PM, our take on that is this...there are many very ill people that come and go at all times of the day and they are constantly trying to service everyone. The room is beyond comfortable and it's and easy walk to the clinic or ride if it's too cold to walk. All in all we will always stay there when we go... read more

RecommendedOur stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, was a new experience forme, everyone was great, from room service to the valley . My only problem was the price of things. My husband had to have heart surgery so my worrying about him, the the room and the people made it bearable .👍
RecommendedVery comfortable beds and well appointed room. Only drawback is limited food options in restaurant and room service. The shuttle service is great and drops you at whichever Cleveland Clinic door you need.

RecommendedFrom the moment i was discharged from the clinic everyone could not be nice enough. The attendants helped me from the shuttle all the way to my room. Right down to placing a glass of water next to the bed. The next morning from the room to our vehicle. Amazing place.
