It’s a great hotel at a reasonable price and yet not very far from downtown. The food choices available were also very good! The only issue I had was a woman approached me in the restaurant begging for money. I appreciated a member of the staff escorting her out of the hotel right away. I thought the hotel staff did a great job dealing with the situation.
It was nice had a great room only thing that irritated me was when we were checking out in the morning stopped to grab a coffee women took my order i was only one in line she made it sat it on the counter and started to take other orders i stood there for ten mins while she just kept taking other orders then finally rang me up smh

We traveled to Cleveland a few times from New York to see my brother that had a double lung transplant at the Cleveland clinic. We stayed at 3 other hotels in the area....this hotel was by far the BEST one we stayed at. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous and very clean. We will be visiting again and will definitely stay here!!
This hotel is the best!!! The hotel staff and Moce cafe staff are amazing. They are so full of smiles and greeting. We have had to extend our trip a couple of times and they did everything they could to let us stay in the same rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. What a great place to stay!
James who worked as the bartender on 8/31/17 was absolutely amazing. We just finished at the clinic with amazingly great news, but was in need of mechanical services for our car. We waited at the bar and James was very thoughtful towards my girlfriend and I. He checked in on us often and chatted about our impromptu date night. I work retail, but watching him with his customer service skills and the way he worked with customers was inspiring. We will be back.
