We haven't been able to use on-line banking now for days, making it very hard to pay bills, etc.. The system is down and getting someone to help is impossible. I was on hold yesterday for over an hour, finally did the prompt where I leave my number and they will call me back, stating I won't lose my place in the que. Still waiting and that was yesterday. Was approved for car loan with a good rate. I have had questions regarding my loan (which I got in Feb) I have not been able to reach anyone. I go through prompts, get to the one I think I need. Last Wednesday I went online and tried to get preapproved for a car loan. I had a phone call within 20 minutes from a woman who went over things and said she would call me with an answer by 6.00. Well, 6:00 came and went. The next morning at 9:15 I called the number she called me on and got a man named Tyler who said the woman that I had talked to came in at 9:30 and he would promptly have her call me back. Getting a loan was easy. Making the payments are absolutely ridiculous. There is no user friendly way to make payments online or over the phone for loan or credit card. Get in this century FCU. 😠

Now, I see you have a $25/day negative balance fee. You can see by my history that I get my pension check on the 1st - which you won't credit until the 2nd. You don't care about your customers - only fees!
I would LOVE to just deposit items to my business account through the ATM. In fact I was told I could by the person that signed me up. Over a year later and I STILL cannot do anything except withdrawals from the ATM. Even after bringing it up to someone and she said she would call me back to discuss what the issue was. BAD customer service when customers are told one thing multiple times, but experiences prove they are not telling the truth.
