STAY AWAY!!!! Absolutely no empathy if you are having financial problems. It's all about them, not you. Been having health issues due to cancer. Called for help. All I got was a 3 month workout offer. Was not told you gain nothing in interest. # months of struggling to get current and balance remained the same. Asked if 2 payments could be waived to end of loan. Response was " would you like to voluntarily turn the car in?". You can get better service on a secondary market loan. HORRIBLE.
i have NEVER had the issues that i currently have dealing with Florida Credit Union. It is unacceptable to do business the way this company does. I have been given a time frame which has came and gone, I have been to their office more than once providing them with EVERY piece of paperwork they have asked for, and I have dealt with hours on the phone (mostly on hold) waiting on someone to help me. Rude customer service reps, lackluster support and not much in the way of tech offered as a customer who has a loan with them. We will be refinancing in the next 90 days. I was just at the local credit union to deposit my wifes last LTD check. Its for the month of April, but she passed the end of April. The check is her name and I had always just taken it to her in the hospital. She died after batling NH T cell Lymphoma for the past 9 months. I had her DL and Death Certificate. All I wanted to do was deposit the check. I told them they could even put a 10 day hold on it. Because she had not signed it (she is dead), they wouldnt even deposit it.
