Time to trash them. 1st on May 8th 2019 was in Ocala office with father to check on 2 IRAs. 1st one closed in June of 19'. Not helpful at all and the underwriter “ROB” is a terrible employee didn’t listen to my needs and did not care to help me. Said he’s the highest up and no one was over him that I could speak to! I’ve never heard of such a thing....... there is someone over everyone unless you own the place

I haven't had any issues until the new system rolled out. I cannot log in to my account online. It tells me that it's unable to confirm my credentials. I also recently had some charges on my account that were NOT me. I can't even get in to my account. I can't get hold of anyone to fix these charges. I've called and every time, I'm on hold for more than an hour, even if I'm caller number 5. Why can I not speak to a human?! This is beyond frustrating. I haven't been able to log in to my account since February/March.
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. My husband has been on hold for over 1 hour. I do not recommend them.

I opened my account with FLCU in 1998. I have had several loans with them through the years and used to think they had good customer service. Now, I cannot reach a human by phone. I have been on hold for as long as an hour and gave up. Their new web site is horrible and extremely difficult to navigate. I have been denied the ability to pay my auto loan electronically. Stood on hold for 45 until 6:09 no one answered the phone. You cannot do business like this people are entrusting their money with your bank. Unacceptable I would not recommend this bank to anyone
I have spent nearly 4 hours just trying to setup auto pay on my car loan. Still can't do it. This is the most unfriendly web site and app I have ever experienced.

For four days, I haven't been able to access my account. I called on Monday and was told to wait until the next day due to a system change. The online banking site is still not working and phone lines are overwhelmed. I just waited for 10 minutes in a chat window with no response. Finally got through on the phone - recorded message let me know I was #75 in the queue. Guess I'm not the only one having problems.
