I have bank account with flcu for about a year now. i had open account in a time of need and was so happy and felt as if they really cared about me,They set up a loan and i was able to catch up on paying my bills. FCU is a big joke. We relocate to Ocala and I called the Ocala branch to apply for mortgage loan and spoke with Gwendolyn Prater. She is absolutely rude and not being helpful at all. I am glad I didn't close our current bank account and our plan is to transfer all our money to FCU that we will be using for our down-payment and open another account for our business. I totally agree with the reviews that they are treated differently over the phone.

I left Wells Fargo since they had a program for teachers. The money that was promised to me for switching over is being ate up by NSF charges, and their policy is to not pay the payment, so it's a double whammy when you get charged by the company pulling the funds as well. Then, when you call to discuss the issue, their representatives want to talk to you like you're stupid. I will be switching back to Wells Fargo immediately. 0 stars from me after being with the bank for a couple of months.
