I love FLCU. Can't say no problems but my problems were quickly rectified. My credit card was compromised by an unauthorized user. I was aware because it was done late at night but early the next morning I got a call they cancelled my card and issued me a new one at the branch. Been banking with FLCU for over 40 years
I've had nothing but positive experiences with FLCU. Their staff are friendly, and always ready to help. I recently bought a new car, and they refinanced it for me - easiest loan I've ever seen! It's so nice to deal with a local branch and see people face to face!
