This bank continues to make it difficult for customers- only bank account I have that I can’t rest a password without providing ridiculous amounts of information. We don’t live near this bank anymore and now will have to drive two hour round trip to deal with resetting a password because you can’t get them on the phone either even though the claim to be open till 8pm.
my debit card was declined the last 2 times I went to use it both transactions for small amount and over $900 in account. I have spent days on automated system. There are no actual phone numbers other than automated.

Firstly, there are competent customer service oriented people at this credit union, HOWEVER, they are not the ones that stick around.
