They don't stand behind there customers. I have a business account and disputed a charge because the company didn't perform at all and FCU denied the claim and won't do a charge back to the vendor and give my money back. I am going to be moving my account ASAP before I start the next chapter of my business as they don't deserve my business. If you want a credit union to stand behind you this is definitely NOT the one!

After many years with FLCU I must switch banks .. I travel constantly it’s nothing new I go to access my account this morning no problem… this afternoon will can’t even log onto the app or online because my account is restricted??
