After almost 20 years of having an account I’m disappointed to say I closed my account today. After having my account overdrawn by more than $1,000 recently then waiting 9 business days to get my account “settled” I had a technical issue with my check, but I drive 30 minutes to bank here because they have been so good with customer service. Fraud alerted 2 times and exceeded times used in Disney! I call the number each time and they say they can’t help. I can’t withdraw my money fast enough. I have called and no one calls me back. I’m done!!!!
I’ve been waiting at the Country Oaks branch in Ocala for 40 minutes now to replace my debit card. There are still two people in the line ahead of me, yet there are two customer service reps sitting in their offices not helping anyone. So ridiculous!

I had an account with them many years ago and closed it. I recently opened another account with them and am very unhappy with them. I currently am looking for another bank because I get two checks that require Direct Deposit. If you have bad credit they will do nothing to help you in any way shape or form. I am so worried about my car loan. I have been paying on my car loan for over 4 years. I originally signed for a 72 month loan. When attempting to trade in my car I found out that an additional 18 months was tacked onto my loan. I cannot get anyone on the line to explain this. I am completely a shamed of FCU. My father has been a member of FCU for over 10 years. I have been a FCU for 6 years now. My father is a government worker and it saddens me to say that FCU was uncooperative and unwilling to make payment arrangements with my father. The government has been shut down for 27 days now. Was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Worked with someone who was supposed to call me with information I needed. He didn’t, and then didn’t return my calls or emails for over a week. I had to call and get info from another employee. It was very disappointing and unprofessional.
