lousy customer service . I do a lot of business with them and i was trying to help my daughter who works a lot of hours to purchase a car,
going to be closing my Florida credit union account. Worst bank! an unfortunate miscalculation on my part caused me to obtain $123 in overdraft fees (this was just 3 astronomically high $41 fees) and when I called to see about having them reversed they would only reverse 2. I have had hundreds of thousands of dollars deposited into this bank and have NEVER over drafted the account before. Terrible customer service.
