Room was filthy. My feet were black just from walking around the room for a few minutes. I could hear the elevator all night. Housekeeping never came to my room for a 3 day, way over priced stay. Had to ask for fresh towels. The view was not as advertised. The pools were mediocre at best. I can not say enough to avoid this hotel.
We checked in here Friday October 11th and checked out Sunday October 13th. Our room was dirty and the property in general was dirty.

A cheap motel experience at a luxury resort price: My daughter and I recently stayed here for several nights and were extremely disappointed with the experience. On the first night, we realized the room was filthy — fairly certain they’d only changed the linens before we got there. The shower was also broken, but the very kind gentlemen from maintenance had that repaired very quickly. Very nasty. Mold everywhere even the top to our ice bucket. Came w a large group, prob 40 rooms we utilized. Many of the rooms has garbage and dirty towels left in the room after we were given the key cards. The best description I can come up a for the whole experience for the hotel is “nasty, just dirty.” The gentleman checking us in was very nice and professional. Access to beach was nice. The building needs renovation for sure.
Worst hotel I have stayed in. Staff called the police on me because I was standing outside smoking a cigar for less hour. The Police told me that they were called because had been told by the staff I was bothering other customers and causing issue. That was straight up a lie because I while was smoking in a smoking area I did not talk to anyone. The Police handle this issue very well and took great care of me.
