RecommendedGreat location on the island...convenient to the downtown area, many restaurants and great views of the beach as is the hotel closest to the beach. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, linens are great, love the pool areas when we want a break from the ocean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many improvements made over the past six plus years with the new owners. Always enjoy our time spent here!

RecommendedNice room but the heater went out on us and we froze. The beds are pretty but not very comfortable unless you like extra firm. Overall is clean and close to the pier and entertainment.
RecommendedHad a really great stay at Hotel Tybee for my 50th Birthday with my husband, Ronnie. It was pretty chilly but still found some nice shells in front of hotel. It was nostalgic staying in a hotel that was built in 1889....still had that “from days past” feel to it but everything has been updated nicely.

RecommendedI come to Tybee once or twice a year and always stay here. The rooms are much nicer since new mgmt took over. 4th floor ocean view provides beautiful sunrise. located right beside beach, pier, shopping and food. Once I arrive I don't get back in the car until I leave.
