RecommendedWe checked in to the hotel Monday around 5 pm. There were 3 guests in line in front of me, and despite all of them being quite rude, both ladies at the registration desk maintained absolute professionalism the whole time. Check in was easy, and I was given a map indicating where to park, where the room was, the pools, etc. When we got to our room, our key didn’t work, so we went back to registration to get another key thinking it may have not programmed correctly.
