We checked in on Wednesday and went straight to the beach. When we came back I noticed just how dirty the room was. There was food and drink in the fridge from the previous guest. After our shower, our feet were black from the floor! The counter top in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. I requested extra towels from housekeeping and laid them down on the floor to have a clean walk path. We will not be back!
Reserved an ocean view 2 queen bed room over beach bum parade weekend. Front staff could not be bothered with telling us which of the two towers our room was in. Went to wrong one. Elevator did not work so had to use stairs. When we got to right room , it was a disgrace. Large water spots/ peeling paint on ceiling in 3-4 places. Chipped and dirty paint on walls into bathroom. I really wanted to love everything about this…we were there for less than an hour and had to find something else. Walls were paper thin. We got an ocean view room and it was so gross. The overall feel was just dirty. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirty “spots” on the walls of the bathroom. Paint was chipping everywhere. ZERO STARS!!! Worst hotel experience I ever had!!! The room was absolutely FILTHY(cob webs, mold, stuff left behind from the previous guest). The toilet wouldn't flush even after calling someone up to the room to fix it. the pool was dirty and the liner desperately needs to be replaced. Would never stay here ever again!!
We were “upgraded” to a beachfront room, that took an extra 3 hours to get in too. The “security door to get in to the building didn’t work. The carpet was disgusting- the door between rooms, while it did lock, did not close all the way, the sliding door did not lock, and bathroom needed major help!!! For what we spent on this room it was NOT worth it!!! We could not get ahold of any one at desk and when we did go talk to them they said nothing could be done. Only thing good is it is on the beach
great view for Ocean front 4th fl but not as nice for what we paid. Still had a gr8 time
For $1581 we were on the poolside but we were for 6 nights. Here’s the Good- 😄 1 Large room (handicap accessible king) 2 Fairly clean 3 Descent TV and channel selection Here’s the Bad- 😡 1 overcharged for 1st night stay 2 had to request coffee maker 3 times before it arrived 3 had to request coffee and TP more than once and some things can’t wait for an hour! 4 No room cleaning because they are short staffed so when sand got on our floor they brought me a sweeper! Waiting on a room that I paid for and waiting All day for someone to clean the room for we can get in it and Still waiting on our room and for two nights $600 something and can’t get in your room when we want to…wow
