We had a great experience. I have recommended them a number of times. Rooms sizes were good, my parents had a one-bedroom unit. The food was really good. They worked with me as my parents aged and their tastes changed.

Staff was very caring. They had great activities. My sister ended up needing Hospice care which went very smoothly. Even when she passed away I couldn't have asked for better care for her and myself.

Amazing improvement in the park and grounds adjoining this home and hospital! The owner has made a good effort to restore it and residents are enjoying the beauty of the fountain and waterfall. Keeping it well kept and operating will be the key to bringing the community to visit. Now a word about the care at this Home for the Aged. The Courtyard looks amazing and residents are enjoying activities in this Home for the Aged. The residents love being outdoors in a facility with such potential! [Name removed]was extremely helpful. This is a beautiful facility. It seems there are many great activities planned for all levels of care. I didn't get the chance to see interaction with the staff except for a little bit with [name removed], but it was early on a Sat. morning. I can picture my loved one in this facility should she need it.

I feel safe and comfortable at First and Main, the aides are always around if I need them. My suite is always clean, my laundry gets washed and returned without any issues. I still have my own home, but I choose to live at First and Main because I enjoy living here. When I came, I needed help with everything, but they signed me up for PT and OT and I fully recovered and can take care of myself.

I like living here very much. The staff are great, I've made lots of friends. They keep me busy with Wii Bowling, Arts and Crafts where we make jewelry that I can wear. Meals are very good which is a great thing since I love to eat. I really don't need help with everything, but staff are always willing. My suite is spacious and cozy, I am right at home. I enjoy watching Cindy Griffith in the movie theatre with one of my friends and I really enjoy the popcorn. I even have the farmers market once a week to go to right in my ow... read more
