El lugar es caro y no vale el dinero que gastas, pésima atención al cliente, la comida del buffet no está buena, uno de los puntos de cerveza open bar la cerveza estaba mal. 1080 pesos persona todo incluído supuestamente, pero te cobran a parte la sombrilla, la tienes que rentar, dejas un deposito 72 pesos y a parte pagas 72 pesos a mas y estos no te lo regresan así igual con las toallas. Se quieres un lugar lindo y reservado definitivamente este no es el lugar. No regresaría.
No recomiendo este parque. Llamé para solicitar información y dejé en claro si era necesario hacer reservación... Me dijeron que no. Al llegar al parque, me niegan el acceso porque estaba saturado el parque y solo se permitía el acceso a los que tengan reservación. Mi familia y yo no pudimos acceder. Ya los veremos en época de huracanes.

We own a condo about 2 kilometers or so from this day park and have been coming to Cozumel consistently since 2008. We have never been here before until today, and based on our experience we will never be back again and neither will our rental guests. Where do I start? You can buy a day pass, but that doesn't include locker or umbrella. If you want shade, you have to rent an umbrella and you get some of of your money back when you return the umbrella (to ensure the staff doesn't have to walk and retrieve it themselves)... read more
Would have been great BUT the Buccaneer Bay was closed & my youngest was too small for the water obstacle course so there was NOTHING for him to do but play in the sand or the pool. We also booked the snorkeling but wasn’t noted before we booked that it was for 8 and up only so we had to cancel that since the youngest is only 4. If we would have done the snorkel tour (through Playa Mia) and then went to Playa Mia we would have had only 30 minutes there. Not worth the money if you have kids unless Buccaneer Bay is open. Lugar caro y malísimo! Lo venden como una gran experiencia con todo ilimitado estilo Xel-ha de Xcaret , pero no le llega ni a los talones. El servicio es pésimo si no dejas propina por todo, la comida es realmente decepcionante , un Buffet malísimo. Los tragos aún peor , lo único bueno de ese bar era el agua embotellada ya que si quieres licor de “calidad” debes pagar . Todo se paga a parte , casilleros, toallas , botes , todo todo!!!!!! Nuca volvería , es el peor lugar en Cozumel

Employee had a very rude attitude, especially the guy running the jet skis. I think his name was Marko, older, big guy with white shirt. Visited 1-17-19 Now Carlitos,that was working the jet skis is a very good guy. Very friendly. Glad he is here working. Came and found me when it was my turn and very talkative. Just a good guy to deal with. Thank you Carlitos !

This is a resort that the cruise ships push as an excursion. The place is lacking and a hot mess! The food is nasty and the drinks are terrible. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere. Royal Caribbean should be ashamed they market this mess to their guests.

Buffet was awful, we booked the all inclusive including transportation. It indicated there would be a bus but this is not true, they paid for taxis each way. Our server was great but that was all. I have been to Mr Sanchos and this is not even close to been as good as Mr Sanchos.
