We paid for a “resort for a day pass with transportation” to enjoy the resort for the day while our cruise was in port. The resort was nice and the staff was friendly. The food was very good too. I can not say that the drinks were good, they just were not. However, what really spoiled the experience was when we left. As I mentioned we had paid for transportation from and back to the cruise port. This was not a problem on arrival - their representative gave a voucher to our taxi driver and it was all squared away. Pésimo servicio! Agarran vendedores externos ye ofrecen algo! Al llegar revisamos lo que incluía y el itinerario y las pérlas de la virgen Según comíamos a las 2, y tiempo en la playa y tiempo en el centro de Cozumel! Llegamos al restaurante 4:09 y teníamos que abordar el ferri a las 5:15 Y la playa ? Y cielito! Mal tiempo fue su respuesta Pésimo el tour a Cozumel y a Riviera
Terrible food ( daughter got food poisoning) and cheap liquor for all inclusive package ( couldn’t even get bud light) had one choice of their draft beer. The beach was horrible with muddy dirty water. Too much coral at first ( husband cut his foot open). Paid 400 for family of five this did not include towels/ umbrella or any other activities. Pool bar was closed and only had 2 water slides! Very disappointed. Should have stayed on cruise ship for great food and my drink package!!
Service and drinks were great! Victor took great care of us. However the beach wasn’t very pretty and had huge rocks and lots of seaweed. (Which isn’t their fault) we did love the pool but we really wanted to be on the beach. Great wAter play area for kids as well. Food was meh.
How do you expect people to protect there skin from burning when you don’t allow sunscreen? Can’t recommend anyone who doesn’t allow myself and others to protect themselves!
Extremely rude staff. We paid a lot of money for this beach excursion to include chairs etc. when we got there one of the staff grabbed us and escorted us to our chairs. We tipped him and off he went. After sitting there for about 3 hours a family came up and stated we were in their chairs. We told them no the worker sat us there. The lady was extremely rude and went and got another staff person. Again we said we paid for them and the worker sat us. We even got out or tickets that showed we did in fact pay for them. dirty food terrible expensive for nothing
poner los inflables acuáticos más cerca de la playa para los que no saben nadar, aunque lleven chaleco salvavidas están muy lejos de la orilla de la playa y poner más atracciones acuáticas, el precio es muy elevado para un tobogán muy simple y sus pocas atracciones
Acabo de salir del parque y me robaron de mi mochila mi cámara profesional Nikkon que era para continuar con mi viaje.. pésimo servicio que dejan pasar cualquiera o entre los mismos roban a los turistas
