I will never step foot back at this place …. Not only were we late getting there/getting picked up but once we are there i spent 40 mins being told they couldn’t find my reservation for my beach bed even tho I’m showing where it was paid , the manager finally comes out to tell me the person on their end that booked it a month ago booked it on the wrong date and they were refunding my money and offered me a discount on a massage … wow a discount not free i just get my money back and inconvenienced and lost so much time becaus... read more
Las instalaciones son buenas pero el servicio por parte de los meseros TERRIBLE‼️ te miran con cara de fuchi, te atienden cuando les da la gana y como les da la gana, realmente no desquitas ni una 1/4 parte de “all you can eat” porque se tardan como 1 hr en traerte lo que pediste de beber y de comer. Sus tours muy mal organizados, no dicen bien de que se trata el tour cuando te lo venden, muy poco tiempo para disfrutar las actividades, muy poco personal en las embarcaciones. La comida no es mala pero sería mejor poderse servir uno mismo. Hacen una distinción muy marcada entre turismo extranjero y nacional.

Muy caro, compre el paquete que supuestamente incluía el buffet, bebidas con alcohol, y un sin fin de actividades que mencionan, al final fui a comer y me comentaban que él único que podía llevarme los alimentos era el mesero que tardó horas en atendernos a mi familia y a mi, tuve que llamarles la atención por qué en realidad no me querían atender, les comenté que yo pague por un servicio y si no me querían atender reportaría este incidente ante *PROFECO* no es Justo que nos ofrezcan un servicio y al final pongan mil pretex... read more

The water is not all clean have a lot of seaweed , area needs clean up, the taxi cabs drivers charge too much.

This place is a scam!! No service, you pay for the food and drink package way too much. The buffet is disgusting and the drinks are not even close to the price you pay. If you go to Cozumel please pick somewhere else to spend the day.

El precio no es muy accesible, y no te informan cuando pagas en caja que te CORREN literalmente de las instalaciones a las 5 por qué a las 6 cierran. no son atentos, cero actitud de servicio y la Gerente no resolvió solo dijo que tiene 5 años ahí por algo.

We pulled up to see what was to it. People were everywhere but security came out and said they were closed and made us leave. They sure didn’t look closed.

Awful—rickety waterslide—only one side worked. We were here on 11/2/21, and we were from a cruise. This place is below average. The food was good, drinks were gross….hence this is why they include “open bar.” The pool has many missing tiles, and the “hot tub” area was as cold as the pool. Hardly anything to do when we were there, and we only got 3 hours.
