Muy mala mi experiencia. contrate un tour y cuando llegue a Cozumel me hicieron muchos problemas para poder realizarlo (nombre de medicamentos tomados, edad de mi hija 10 años). lo que era un buen día de paseo, se convirtió en un gran problema, en Cozumel sin posibilidad de realizar el tour. tratando de gestionar otro tour con el tiempo que eso genera. No me dieron ninguna solución. NOOOOOOOO contraten con ellos
The staff is mostly 90% rude. The main pool is shut down. So we joke about a 5$ discount, since it’s not all available, she said no. Then we get the drinks. We expected them to be watered down. But they were bad! Upon entering, the front desk girl went over all free included items with our package price.
