They go above & beyond what other senior facilities would do to help families in tough situations. The staff were all on board to protect my mom. I couldn't ask for a better place to have my mom at. Sadly, she passed away after only two months at Commonwealth Senior Living from cancer. But at least she was in a safe, clean place with people watching out for her instead of living in a filthy hoarder house. My sister still hates me, but I did the right thing and I couldn't have done it without Commonwealth's help

They were understaffed when we were there, we moved to [facility name removed] on [date removed]. [facility name removed[] is a huge improvement. The response times at Commonwealth were not good.
My loved one is currently a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living at East Paris. [Names removed] were great to work with. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. I would recommend this facility to others.
Commonwealth is a wonderful community. My mom is adapting well and has experienced all good. She really likes it there. These staff is super supportive. I gave a 4 on food because my mom says every once in awhile she doesn't care for the selection. Commonwealth offers transportation services to meet residents needs. They have a day set up for medical. A day set up for groceries or other shopping services. You just have to call the week before if needed the following week. We picked this community, because it felt very welcoming and helpful when I spoke with them on the phone and called me back quickly. It was amazing. I would have a friend, call them, get a tour, and let them know that my loved one is so grateful to be there.
I would tell others looking to go visit at sporadic times throughout the day. You can see what is going on and communicate with them if there are any concerns that you may be having. I would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at East Paris to others based off of our experience.
