We stayed on the seventh floor this past weekend. We splurged for our birthday and paid twice the price is normally go. For the price we paid, I was extremely disappointed. It started with our room smelling like urine. We called the front desk and they denied they smelled anything. They did open the next door room for the smell to be different yet very strong with the under tone of the urine. (It could be mold or must smell). They told us there were no more options. Do not expect to sleep well at this hotel. While I expect a certain level of noise when in an NYC hotel, this hotel was unlike any other. When we went to sleep the first night, music was blasting through the walls. We thought it might be an event somewhere and tried to be patient. The second night when music was blasting, we called the front desk and they said it’s because of their hotel bar; our room was directly on top of it. Very small rooms. Do not visit the restaurant next to the lobby, extremely expensive. Simple breakfast costs 30 USD and a bear 10 USD.

I've stayed there several times and does not like a bit. My rooms were all stuffy with no windows. Thermostat never works properly. No coffee maker in the room and when I asked for it, they referred me to Starbucks .
