The staff is very kind The rooms are beutiful They make you feel at home :D BUT: The elevator is very slow XD
We enjoyed our stay at the Gershwin at the beginning of Dec 2014 although it was going through a renovation it did not spoil our stay in anyway. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent and easy enough to navigate yourself around the city from there without getting lost on return, we used the Empire state building as our navigation point.
