INGLÉS never again in this hotel, it is very noisy, the room overlooks a courtyard full of machinery and overnight is noisy. The only good, staff and well located.
All staffs are nice, and the location of the hotel was perfect. However, cleaning does not satisfy me - they never clean dust under the desk unless I mentioned. Also, hot water does not came rarely and water pressure was very weak.
None of the reviews from earlier than mid-2013 are valid; the new owners have gutted the Gershwin of everything that made it great. Bland walls, 'executive suites' and stripped art. An era gone, while bland masquerades as taste.
