Horrible Front desk service. The food is the the same daily. There was construction going on daily every morning by 7am. The pool view rooms are not pool view. I have traveled many other places and stayed at several resorts. This is not a resort this is a Hotel w the option of all inclusive, which I would not recommend since there is only on kitchen to choose from. Will not be coming back
