Deja mucho que desear la atención, del personal puedo rescatar a tres o cuatro personas entre ellos Elias, Jaime el sub chef Erling y un muchacho de atención en la piscina. Regresamos a casa sin ganas de volver.

La verdad las instalaciones son muy bonitas, pero ahí parte del personal que no es atento, por ejemplo una muchacha en recepción, después la comida del restaurante tiene muy poca variedad!

La atención del personal es muy buena, muy amable Elías y su compañero en el bar de la piscina los cócteles son deliciosos. El aseo en las habitaciones muy bien, pero en el restaurante no, habían pisos sucios y mesas sucias todos los días, los tiempos de espera son muy largos y a pesar de recibir buen trato de todos en el restaurante era muy confuso para ustedes mismos que hasta 4 personas nos atendían en una comida, por lo que considero deberían asignarse por áreas y no que todo el personal esté con una misma mesa a la vez ... read more

A este hotel le falta mucho para ser un todo Incluido... Empezándo x la recepción y aclaró el costo es igual o superior a otros hoteles q en verdad tienen ese nivel. La limpieza del restaurante principal es escasa sin embargo "rescató el restaurante Italiano" el personal la atención y la comida es lo mejor q puede tener este lugar, Pero lastimosa mente hay otras razones d peso el cual me hace dejar esta mala recomendación, y para concluir no había visitado hasta el momento un hotel el cual no incluye el almuerzo d salida" No... read more

We booked this resort through Costa RICO travel, the requested rooms were to be connected, we brought our 2 grandsons for winter break vacation, one king & 1 double with a good view. Our rooms were not connected even though there was a connected room occupied by someone else. The management did nothing to try to make it right. The location was right on the beach, that was good, the rooms are fair. Because of the management attitude I would not recommend this resort. Let’s see if they make any considerations at check out.

Spent 2 nights at Flamingo Beach Resort and Spa. Beautiful location on one of west coasts only white sand beach. Enjoyed watching folks boogie board and body surf. Our room was quiet and had most comfortable beds of our 12 nights in Costa Rica. Balcony was spacious, but overlooked back parking lot and construction of condos on hillside, so we did not spend time there. Our friends were in a pool view room. The resort is nice, if a little bit aged. We still had a wonderful time here. Really enjoyed the sunsets. The service from the staff is good here, also.
