If you care for Costarica's most precious gift: wildlife, DO NOT support this business. There are multiple credible reports that they are poisoning raccoons and God knows what other animals have been affected by this inhumane and barbaric practice.

Margaritaville at Playa Flamingo was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival at 2 pm, our room wasn’t ready. No big deal, check isn’t until 3:00 p.m. We waited near the lobby. At 3:00 we inquired, and it still wasn’t ready. We waited until 3:30 and were let in to our room, but it didn’t have towels yet, so they’d have to bring us some (so it wasn’t ready). Drink for overpriced pretty much that was it service was a little slow I don't think that rooms are worth 405 $100 a night other than that is kind of sad
Food was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were great and clean BUT this Hotel is facing Raccoon plague in the nights and they get into one of the 2 restaurants trying to get food from you (I got surrounded by 6) and the hotel managent said that they are trying to avoid this but I didnt fell like they care about it and my experience was awful. This is why I cant recommend this Hotel to anyone since you cant enjoy the beach and the sea sound while having your dinner.

Se paga servicio incluído y el bartender "Elías" lo lleva contabilizado incluso nos negó la entrada al restaurante 5 O'clock
El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy cómodas la atención y el personal son bien atentos, sin embargo el todo incluido no lo vale, las comidas frías todos los desayunos tuvimos que pedir que los calentaran, no hay variedad en el bufet las frutas son 3 pedacitos una piña, papaya y sandía en un plato plástico, envuelto en adhesivo la repostería son 3 bocadillos suaves ni siquiera crujientes y si pide a la carta es solo si está baja la cantidad de personas en algunos productos como el lomito debes pagar una diferencia qu... read more
