We really like it here but just a couple things they could improve on. Some people obviously like to wake up early and slam doors let their kids run wild in the hallways screaming, etc while others work hard during the week and woukd like to sleep in but can't do so because of the early morning shenanigans from other guest. A sign should be put up to please be considerate of others sleeping in the mornings. A pina colada is $12?? I could understand if it was real pineapple and coconut juice but for imitation artificial crap.... read more
The views from pool and back porch are incredible. The check in staff are either understaffed or inexperienced but we struggled checking in. Recommend property .
This resort is beautifully located by the lake. It has three gorgeous pools for adults, and a very nice kids pool area. The pool area has a beautiful lake view. The service was great. Our room was large with a great view of the lake. We arrived early and the front desk staff provided us access to pool area while we waited, and they contacted us as soon as a room came available.
