Great facility...our room had marvelous view of Lake Travis...with lots of memories of all the time over many years that our family spent here...seems like home!
I liked the resort. People very nice at all times and everywhere. At check in, I was offered an upgrade in the room for $50 so my daughter and I could get the lake view and, even though I thought it was quite expensive, I accepted it. Then, I was given a king size bed room instead of a double, but the lady fixed it very fast and nicely after we came back from the first room we were sent. Also, I requested a microwave, and it was sent to my room promptly, nicely and no fees were charged.l loved that! The only thing I didn't l... read more

Such a beautiful setting. Every area had a beautiful view. Rooms were comfortable. We had a conference in the Vista Ballroom. Very comfortable, food was great, excellent service.
Excellent customer service. They treated me and our group like VIPs. The rooms and the view were amazing. lts definitely a great retreat location. The restuarant is great. You can come and don't have to leave the resort for anything. I can't wait to return.
This resort has customer service that is truly out of this world. I mean... I was just shocked at how amazing every single employee treated me. Friendly, attentive, eager to please, service with a smile. Platinum service in the spa (which is gorgeous) VIP service in the restaurant. I was even left speechless by an employee who overheard me saying that I wish I had a microwave in my room. He stopped what he was doing and delivered the microwave to my room and then found me while I was exploring the resort to tell me that i... read more
