RecommendedIt was a surprise to me from my husband for my birthday and I absolutely LOVED it!! Paul, the bartender, was super cool. The room was amazing and so was the breakfast delivered to our room!!! I can't wait to come back again to try out the spa.
First time here. Got in today and we are having a blast! Hotel is great! Nice, clean rooms, very comfortable. We have a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of Lake Travis! Pool area is Awesome and clean! The kids loved the water slide! We loved that there are different pools on property, kids area pool (we were at the kids area most of the time), a younger adult area, and a third area that has a food bar next to the pool. My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary with the kids. It was very relaxing, the pool was great, and the staff was very friendly. We loved the view and even saw deer from our balcony! We will definitely be back for more family getaways.
Loved the hotel. Just wish they would open the slide so the kids could enjoy it before checkout time!!!!
Took my wife and her mother for dinner on our anniversary. Cordell is the best waitress. Dinner was awesome. Best filet minion in forever! Great food all around. Excellent service :)
We are so grateful for such sweet staff! As soon as we checked in today & got changed for the pool, it started storming! We took a ride down to the marina once the weather cleared up (Blake was extremely welcoming and professional!) and made an appointment to rent a boat. (Kelly was very helpful and accommodating) Once we got back down to the marina for our appointment another storm blew over. Hotel is beautifu! Receptionist was very friendly at checkin-our room wasn't ready but she told us we could hangout by pool while they were getting room ready. I was little-well, very disappointed the water slides for kids weren't open main reason we came here-( I spoke with pool bar tender which she was a sweetheart and got the manager to come and talk to me ) manager said lifeguard was sick and had to go home ( my thinking a resort like this one dont have a backup lifeguard with all this money they charge??) they upgraded ... read more
Beautiful location, friendly service, yummy room service food and delivered within the time frame given. Comfy beds and nice view of Lake Travis from our room on the 6th floor. We will have nice memories to take back to the East coast. Thank you.
