RecommendedTerrific resort for a getaway!!!
Visited in Mid May, Room is very spacious, loved the patio area, as we got to enjoy the Deer each morning just off of the patio area, The bathroom is too small, and I just don't get why Hotels put bath tub/showers in, who takes a bath in a hotel??, why not just put a nice roomy shower?, pool area GREAT!, great views, courteous staff, especially Elvis, Only thumbs down is the so called Steak House, very dark and dingy entrance into and up the stairs, needs updating, like 10 yrs ago

I took my wife and my 2 1/2 year old daughter to Lakeway Resort for Mother’s Day weekend to get away. I have to say, this is a very nice location off the lake. It’s very kid friendly and I like how the pool has an adult section and is not combine with the kids.. we will definitely come back and rent the boats and enjoy the lake more next time. We did stay in the pure room which I highly recommend if you have allergies.. One reason I didn’t give them a 5 Star was because the food didn’t reflect on the price they charged.. I d... read more
The room was fine. The view was excellent. A Michelob ultra was over 6 bucks. We had breakfast in the room. 41 bucks before tip. We expected a really nice breakfast and room service. But instead when the knock on the door came instead of a cart being rolled in we got handed a paper bag that had little black disposable containers in it like you would get from Whataburger or on a flight. We got one omelet that was mediocre at best. A couple of biscuits with gravy and 4 pieces of bacon. No drinks. Silverware was disposable. 41... read more
