Elvis is amazing, very friendly and helpful! When we arrived we didn't know they no longer had valet service, also they no longer have buses that take you to restaurants anymore. The food prices are very high for slim things and the food service is not great. There was also a bug in our room that looked like a tick. They don't have ice machines but have complimentary ice they deliver to your room which was odd. The main conference room was freezing everyday. Pretty views!
Beautiful place, beautiful accommodation. All the staff are heartwarming, especially at the Travis Restaurant in the resort.
Wonderful place! The resort and pools are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
