Starting with a soon as you walk in and see the beautiful Art Deco lobby gleaming floors beautiful marble everywhere and many welcoming faces on the staff who work there; our entire stay was wonderful. A friend and I checked in on June 6th and stayed until June 9th. Our room had two queen beds, was spotless, had many towels, washcloths, and toiletries. Very good hotel. Great location. Only thing is I would have liked to have had a kettle and maybe some coffee available in the room.

This is the only place my husband and I stay while in NYC. We have been staying there for over 10 years and have even taken our high school students twice (so far). The staff is amazing. They book us all together on the same floor/wing. Doorman Bobby greets everyone with such positive energy. Danny, Head of Security, goes above and beyond to make sure we are always safe and secure.
