Wonderful hotel! Staff is lovely including those behind the customer service email! Can't beat the location! Walk to Time Square, theaters, shopping, Central Park, etc. Definitely my go to place to stay!!

Absolutely amazing hotel Mr Lindsey (the manager) is amazing and will go all out to help you and make your stay the best all the other staff are also very helpful. A must stay here can not fault it in anyway xxx
